Stayed first week in August and enjoyed every minute. Margaret was a very friendly host.
The room was clean and had en-suite shower room with all toiletries provided.
The breakfast was delicious with choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurts and full English breakfast. Margaret would ask if there was anything she could provide that we would like so went out of her way to please. Also made sure all rooms had a fan during the heatwave which was much appreciated.
Lovely setting and so close to many towns and seaside resorts. Informed all my family in case they would like to stay here in the future.

Great b&b and Margaret is a fantastic host. If you are looking for a small b&b for a night or 2 away from it all go here, of you want something corporate and Central. Don't go here. Having read the reviews previously I was a bit worried but I thought it was great and the only reason I can see got people to complain is that they are looking for a Travelodge in the middle of town. Thanks for the stay Margaret.

Very homey feel outside of Canterbury. Enjoyed the English breakfast! Margaret is one of best hostesses I've ever met! Would return again!

Lovely family run bed and breakfast, laid back atmosphere! Very comfortable and good breakfast. Rural setting but easy access to Herne bay.

Nice little b&b nice host room was spacious with ensuite (Margaret )was very welcoming let me and my German shepherd dog check in earlier and had not a problem with the big dog breakfast was good as well
